1. B2B Wholesale Nature

Hydagro operates strictly as a B2B manufacturer and exporter of hydraulic systems and agricultural replacement parts. Our platform and services are designed for wholesale distributors, dealers, and corporate entities. We do not engage in direct B2C (Business-to-Consumer) retail sales. Standard consumer protection rights regarding returns and cancellations do not apply to wholesale commercial transactions.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Quotations

• Quotations: All quotes provided via email or our contact forms are valid for a limited period (usually 30 days) unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in raw material costs.
• MOQ: Orders are subject to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), which will be specified during the quotation process depending on the requested part numbers.
• Pricing: Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted Ex Works (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) according to standard Incoterms® 2020 rules.

3. Payments and Taxes

Payment terms will be explicitly stated in the Proforma Invoice. Accepted methods for international trade generally include Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C) for large scale orders. The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other local charges incurred in the destination country.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery

While Hydagro assists in arranging international freight (Air, Sea, or Land) and provides necessary export documentation (such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin), the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms. Lead times provided are estimates and Hydagro is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, shipping lines, or force majeure events.

5. Warranty and Claims

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality OEM-grade replacement parts for FIAT tractors and hydraulic systems. Hydagro warrants that all products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

• Any claims regarding missing items or visible defects must be reported to Hydagro within 14 days of receiving the cargo.
• Our warranty covers the replacement of defective parts only. It does not cover secondary damages, labor costs, or loss of profit due to machinery downtime resulting from the use of our parts.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Hydagro and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website, including product catalogs, images, logos, and technical specifications. You may access this from Hydagro for your own business use to promote our products, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hydagro, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the application of our replacement parts beyond the replacement value of the purchased goods.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions, or international B2B transactions, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
